Invicta Law has been appointed as a specialist subcontractor to national law firm Sharpe Pritchard on both the Government Commercial Agency (GCA) Public Sector Legal Services Framework (formerly the Crown Commercial Service framework) and the Commercial Services Group Legal Framework.
The appointments mean organisations procuring legal services through either framework will be able to draw on Invicta Law’s specialist social care expertise through Sharpe Pritchard.
Invicta Law advises and represents local authorities across adult social care, community care, child protection and asylum matters, supporting clients in some of the most complex and sensitive areas of public law.
